Executive Director

Advocate Drum, also known as Fort Drum Regional Liaison Organization (FDRLO), is seeking a full time Executive Director. Advocate Drum is a membership organization with volunteer participation in the day-to-day operations. This position is part of a small office environment, reports directly to the Board of Directors, and carries out the mission, vision, and goals of the organization in support of Fort Drum and the surrounding communities. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the advocacy, community outreach, marketing and resource development of the organization. Other key duties: administration and strategic plan development. Successful candidate must have proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience. An advanced degree is preferred, with significant senior management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
