Residence Hall Director / Staff Assistant SL-2 

The State University of New York (SUNY) college at Canton invites qualified applicants for a full-time Resident Life Director.


The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, high level of creativity, and the desire to take on challenging work in a fun, diverse, engaging, and ever-changing environment. This position requires extensive evening and weekend hours as well as regular emergency contact duties.


Salary: $51,261 - $55,000


Duties

- Responsible for managing and supervising a 100-300 bed residence hall.

- Community development.

- Coordination of student programming.

- Training/supervision of Resident Assistants.

- Conflict resolution.


Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Recent experience as a Resident Assistant.
