Home Health Agency Social Worker
Lewis County General has immediate opening for a CHHA Social Worker whose responsibilities include the delivery of varied social work services to patients and families.
Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in social work, AND
Possession of current license to practice social work issued by the New York State Department of Education at time of application; and
One year of social work experience in a health care setting.

Rates from $30.09 to $40.71/hour; commensurate on experience.
