NURSE MANAGER LTC: (FT)
Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility looking for a leader experienced in the care and treatment of residents, who will work with a team of dedicated and caring health care providers who are committed to providing a superior quality of life for residents.
Current license by NYS as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of experience in professional nursing activities is required.
Minimum one-year experience in geriatric nursing and a proven track record working with MDS’s, PRI’s and Care Planning is critical.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership and team building skills.
Position requires successful completion of Civil Service requirements for permanent appointment.
We offer a highly competitive benefits package including medical, dental and NY State Retirement.
Salary based on experience, not to exceed 100k.
