Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant / Administrator to join our real estate and title services team. No prior title or real estate experience is required — comprehensive training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the title search and title insurance industry and gain hands-on experience in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with opening and organizing real estate and title files- Scan, upload, and index files into management systems- Type abstracts, title searches and title insurance policies- Communicate professionally with team members, clients, lenders, and real estate agents- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and document requests- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems- Bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations and title insurance remittances
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior real estate experience required.- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn- Basic computer skills and comfort using office software, including WORD and Quickbooks- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines- Strong communication and organizational skills
Training & GrowthStructured on-the-job training in title search and title insurance processes. Mentorship from experienced title professionals. Opportunities for advancement into quality control and/or advanced administrative roles.
